It is made without any chemical additives and is bio-degradable by nature; hence the fiber poses a completely environmental friendly sense.
The fiber has an outer shine, an unique anti-bacterial and deodorant properties, as well as excellent coloring nature, elasticity, drape and abrasion resistance.
Features:
1.Moisture wicking and perspiration: the cross-section of the fiber is filled with large and small gaps, allowing absorption and evaporating moisture fast.
2. Excellent breathability: Because of its high degree of natural cross-section hollow masks, it is known as the ‘breathing’ fabric. Wearing during summer will keep you cooler than others.
3.Anti-bacterial and deodorant: The bamboo itself has an unique anti-bacterial, anti-microbial effect as a natural function.
4.Soft to the touch: it possesses a soft, comfortable, smooth and good drape characteristic.
5.Abrasion resistance: Abrasion resistance of fabric is relatively high, and strong.
This finishing product has a glossy surface and produces a crisp metallic sound when beating it.
Features:
1.Releases far-infrared up to 90%: far-infrared resonance of water molecules helps the water molecules through the cell membrane, increasing oxygen content of blood, active cells, improves blood circulation and inner human body overall.
2.Good thermal insulation: bamboo charcoal Nano powder has great thermal insulation function, allowing the treated fabric warming up to 10℃ (usually fabrics are around 1-3℃).
3.Hygroscopic, anti-bacterial, deodorant: Bamboo Charcoal has a very dense carbonaceous structure; heavy and has pores and it’s mineral-rich.This makes it strong absorption and decomposition capacity against air sulfide, nitride, methanol, benzene, phenol, chloroform and other organic pollutants or harmful chemicals. All in all an excellent absorption and deodorizing functions.
4.Emission rate stability, no radiation hazard: With added nano-powder, bamboo charcoal yarn is a natural ingredient, unlike other minerals of radiation hazards.
5.Washable and easy to process: processing methods are similar to ordinary polyester, therefore easy to process and apply. Functionality remains continuously even after washing effect.
The fiber uses the surface-dimensional capillarity effect to produce the absorption, diffusion and spreading functional process in order for the fabric to quick dry, as well as releasing body heat and gives good breathability.
Features:
1.Keeping your skin dry, under any activity
2.Maintains coolness in summer
3.Quick-dry and breathable
4.Comfort
Used for: Sportswear, Shirts, Jackets, Golf gear and underwear.
and in the spinning process it re-shape the surface achieving a yarn to cool and dry effect.
Flycool is able to sustain permanent cool-sense, preserving the comfort around 1-2℃ hence wearing Flycool material it allows a 1℃ variable in air temperature,
hence can easily save 5-6% of electricity and decrease 0.66kg of carbon emissions.
Features:
1.Upon contact with skin, it produces a 1-2℃ instant sense of cool-ness
2.Under prolonged exposure to sunlight, it produces 5-6℃ temperature differences of cool feel.
3.Moisture wicking and UV protections.
Prior to planting, farmers will process the seed and soil with anti-bacterial pesticides to remove any potential harmful species.
The use of various agents and pesticides resulting in soil acidification, destroys nature aspects and is a heavy negative load on our Earth.
This is where Organic Cotton is developed, as it reduces significantly all negative aspect of a normal cotton production.
The conditions to produce Organic Cotton lies in the following three principles:
1.Zero use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Can only be used on land that was intended to use for organic growth, with a minimum of three year preparation prior to plant.
2.The cotton seeds used must not be in contact with fungicides.
3.Growing process: Zero pesticide, zero herbicides, zero defoliant agent, and minimum use of any other chemicals. The process and operation must be certified by United Nations, and by American TDA or European SKAL organic units.
The post-harvest production including spinning, weaving, dyeing and finish process must also deal with natural material and substances as much as possible, all to reduce the overall chemical impact on our environment. However, the use of organically grown cotton farms costs 50% more than the traditional grown cotton, as well as only accountable for about two-thirds of the normal cotton, which makes the price of organic cotton textiles relatively high.
Manufacturing Polyester raw material in particular was a major issue as it originated from petroleum, thus turning this towards recycling industrial waste and plastic bottles was a viable path.
Recycling waste polyester fabric is the use of PET bottles recycled yarn as raw material, and after grinding, cleaning, heating and the spinning process, it posed as a ‘green’ effect on to the planets ecological recovery of materials.
These made from using pure recycling, it will reduce waste pollution and the use of petroleum resources, and can be repeated to recycle.
Their physical performance and quality is no difference than any other Polyester.
