Tex-Ray Appoints Mr. John Strasburger as the President, US & Latin America

     Taipei, Taiwan — Tex-Ray Industrial Co Ltd (1467: Taiwan) is pleased to announce
the appointment of John Strasburger to the position of President, US & Latin America
effective August 11, 2017. Strasburger most recently served as Senior Vice President of
William-Dickies Mfg. Company. He will report to Alex Young, Group CEO.

35 years of proven track record of distinctive leadership, delivering consistently successful
business results and generating new growth opportunities,” said Alex Young.

As the Senior Vice President of the Williamson Dickie Global Supply Chain, Mr.
Strasburger has been a diligent and consistent promoter of the Western Hemisphere apparel
network. Having a background in both apparel manufacturing and sourcing, Mr. Strasburger
has manufactured and sourced apparel products in 17 countries globally. Cornerstones of Mr.
Strasburg’s professional practicing model have always been factory-direct relationships with
an emphasis on delivering-on-the promise.

Prior to Joining Dickies in 2010, John spent 20 years at VF Corporation in increasingly
senior positions within the VF Imagewear and VF Corporate Services supply chains. John also
held engineering and manufacturing supply chain positions at Sara Lee Knit Products (now
Hanes Brands) and Duofold – Cluett & Peabody. John received his bachelor’s degree from
Syracuse University and his master’s degree from Averett University.
